It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Hollywood Glamour by the Fireside

Step into the world of 1940s Hollywood, where romance is as ageless as cinema's golden age. The fireplace's warm glow and vintage charm set the stage for your story, capturing a scene reminiscent of classic film elegance. It's not just a gift; it's a cinematic moment frozen in time.

This portrait pulls you into a bygone era, with tailored attitudes and polished style reflecting the high society allure of the time. Perfect for those who cherish retro sophistication, it lends itself seamlessly to any nostalgic nook aspiring to grandeur.

TL;DR: This custom 1940s Hollywood Couple by Fireplace Portrait turns your favorite photo into a vintage masterpiece, perfect for couples celebrating anniversaries or anyone nostalgic for cinema's golden age.

Which couples thrive in 1940s Hollywood glamour?

Ideal for couples who adore classic cinema, this portrait enchants those commemorating milestone years like silver or gold anniversaries. It's also a hit with lifestyle old souls catching warmth from vintage aesthetics. However, if sleek, modern edges are your vibe, it might not align with your ultra-modern décor vision.

How does the 1940s Hollywood look come to life?

Each portrait begins with your uploaded photo. Using AI, we craftily swap faces into the era, retaining authentic expressions before our illustrators finish details by hand. Our head of production, Maya Chen, notes we discard about 1 in 12 drafts to perfect the facial match, ensuring quality remains paramount.

What sets this 1940s portrait apart from others?

Unlike generic art prints, this piece embodies exclusivity: your face, your scene, your classic moment captured. The design won't be recycled, making your portrait truly one-of-a-kind before the theme retires within six months. It's not just art; it's your story with a cinematic flair.
