I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Heartfelt Family Story in Art

Your family’s essence, every quirky smile, and those furry companions that make your life whole — all sculpted into art. This isn't just another picture; it's a loving tribute to what makes your household uniquely yours.

Our Family and Pets Custom Portrait is your personal museum piece, styled to suit the energy of your home. Vibrant backgrounds, smiling faces, wagging tails — let's create a narrative where you and your loved ones are the stars.

TL;DR: Capture every soul in your home with a custom family and pets portrait. Perfect for those unforgettable family gatherings or simply to celebrate the ones you love.

Is this the canvas your family needs?

This portrait suits families that want to encapsulate every key member, even the furrier ones. Ideal for households where pets are just as much family as the humans, like the Jennings in Denver who used it to capture their love for their three rescue dogs. Probably not for minimalists looking to spotlight a single silhouette.

How do we bring your whole family to life on canvas?

We start by blending your uploaded family photos with our AI to arrange a cohesive picture, then our artists fine-tune every detail, making sure each face captures its real-life charm. Our head of production, Maya, notes we redo about 1 in 10 pieces to perfect those little expressions only a family member would notice.

Why is this portrait unlike any other family canvas?

Unlike generic family prints, this canvas artfully combines your entire family, pets included, for a one-of-one masterpiece. Competing products often ignore beloved pets, but ours highlight these cherished companions within the family dynamic.
