What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which photos do I upload?

One photo of the two of you today and one old photo of the two of you back then. The page finds each person in a photo; this design takes at most four people in all. Lay the old print flat by a window and photograph it straight on, with no glare on the faces.

How does it know who goes in the oval?

It sorts the people by age: the two of you as teenagers go in the oval, today’s faces in front. With only today’s photo, it paints the two of you without the oval.

Can I use a faded or black-and-white photo?

Yes. Faded, orange-tinted and black-and-white prints come out in warm, natural colour, and each person keeps the age they are in the photo.

Will it look like a couple portrait?

No. It is painted with the body language of old friends: side by side, laughing. If something should be different, write it in the order note: an artist reads every note, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
