I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Quilters in Their Creative Flow

Imagine a sun-dappled room where threads of creativity stretch across fabric, your loved one engrossed in their art of quilting. The 'Stitching by the Window' portrait encapsulates this peaceful, yet industrious scene. It's an homage to anyone whose heart finds rhythm in piecing patterns together, one square at a time.

Set against soft natural light filtering through a nearby window, this portrait brings warmth and serenity to your walls — a soothing reminder of quiet moments spent deeply immersed in a beloved craft. Whether as a tribute to personal projects or as a gift to inspire, it speaks directly to the soul of a quilter.

TL;DR: This portrait celebrates those who find solace in their art, perfect for quilters and craft aficionados, highlighting serene sewing moments by the window.

Who finds joy in quilting's quiet moments?

This portrait is a gem for grandmothers, mothers, or anyone who has found their calling in quilting. Perfect for retirees who revel in quilting bees or those who cherish DIY projects. However, it may not resonate with people who don't appreciate the tactile beauty of handcrafted arts.

How can I see my quilt portrait before buying?

To start, upload a cherished photo depicting your quilting hero. Witness the magic as it creates a free, personalized preview — all without opening your wallet. Once you're thrilled with the digital rendition, select your preferred canvas format, and let us handle the rest.

What makes this quilting scene a standout?

Unlike generic art prints, this portrait captures the specific light and stillness of quilting time, emphasizing textures and tools unique to the craft. You won't find this genuine portrayal of a quilter's devotion anywhere else but here.
