How it's made

You upload a clear, front-facing photo — decent lighting, face unobstructed. Our system runs it through a face-mapping pass that isolates bone structure, skin tone, and key features. From there, an artist (not a script) places the face into the Mother of the Bride scene and manually corrects the lighting match, neck blending, and hair transition. Honestly, the hair is the hard part — updos and styled wedding hair require the most artist time. We generate multiple candidates per order and discard about 1 in 12 before the file ever leaves the production queue; our head of production, Maya Chen, reviews flagged outputs daily and pulls anything where the eye alignment or skin tone is visibly off. US delivery runs 5-7 business days; EU and UK orders typically land in 7-14 business days; Australia and Canada are usually in that same 7-14 window but can stretch a day or two around holidays. Canvas is UV-coated at print, so it won't yellow or fade under normal indoor light for 75+ years according to the ink manufacturer's spec — just keep it out of direct sunlight and wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth, never a damp one.
