I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Yourself Into a Snow Ballet Star

Step into a world where winter magic and dance converge, with our Holiday Snow Ballet Custom Portrait. Picture a serene winter landscape, your dancer at its heart, wrapped in swirling snowflakes and delicate frost. An elegant moment, immortalized on canvas.

Our snow ballet theme embraces the calm, ethereal blues and silvers typical of a winter wonderland. Ideal for those drawn to dance's grace but not just any dance, the kind that melts hearts even in the coldest season.

TL;DR: A magical, custom portrait for dancers and winter lovers. Perfect for gifting at dance recitals, Christmas, or any occasion celebrating the elegance and charm of dance.

Is the Snow Ballet Portrait Right for Your Dancer?

This portrait is perfect for dancers who love the winter season, teens enthralled by ballet elegance, and anyone seeking a unique Christmas gift. If your recipient isn't fond of winter themes or prefers modern dance, consider a Final Bow Recital Custom Portrait instead.

How Do We Capture Snow Ballet Magic?

Simply upload your dancer's photo to generate a free, personalized preview. There's no need to commit to a purchase upfront. Review the design, and once satisfied, select the format that suits your space perfectly. Our streamlined approach ensures you capture the exact moment you envision.

What Sets Our Snow Ballet Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic recital gifts, this portrait wraps your dancer in the beauty of a dreamy winter ballet. The frosted sparkle of snowflakes and the serene palette offer something truly unique for those enchanted by the magic of the dance and the season.
