I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Infuse your space with classic elegance

This isn't just any portrait. It's a meticulously crafted reflection of you, capturing timeless elegance with every brushstroke. The palette is understated yet rich, blending deep hues with soft highlights to create a truly sophisticated piece that fits seamlessly into any setting.

Designed for those who appreciate the finer details, this portrait's classic tone is perfect for art aficionados and style connoisseurs. Far from the usual trite, it evokes a sense of grace and dignity, appealing to those with an eye for exquisite decor.

TL;DR: Elevate your living space with a custom photo portrait that exudes timeless elegance, designed for milestone celebrations like anniversaries and retirements.

Who finds their muse in this elegant style?

If you're celebrating a milestone—like a 25th anniversary or a retirement—a portrait from our elegant series is the perfect keepsake. Its refined aesthetic also suits art collectors who appreciate pieces with depth and character. However, if you're after something lighthearted or whimsical, perhaps explore our Superhero Woman Portrait instead.

What transforms your photo into a masterpiece?

Your photo undergoes a transformation via AI face-swap, then our talented artists refine the details, ensuring every stroke highlights your features with elegance. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding 1 in 12 portraits to maintain quality. The final piece is printed on premium museum-grade canvas.

How does this portrait stand apart?

Unlike typical canvas prints, each piece is uniquely yours—crafted as a one-of-a-kind statement that radiates elegance. We retire themes after limited runs to ensure exclusivity. It's more than a portrait; it's a sophisticated art piece that won't be found anywhere else.
