I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Will Love a Custom Portrait Canvas?

Perfect for parents celebrating milestones or anniversaries, newlyweds cherishing their first life together, and friends who love personalized gifts. Probably not for those looking for digital-only works or mass-market prints.

How Do We Turn Photos into Art?

Upload your photo, and our clever AI swaps faces into custom backgrounds. Then, experienced artists refine every detail for a realistic final look. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 generations to ensure perfection.

Why Choose Our Personalized Canvas?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our portrait is truly one-of-a-kind — your face, your moments, forever captured. We retire themes after six months, ensuring your canvas remains a unique piece of art.
