I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Drawing inspiration from the vibrant colors and textures of stadium fun, this portrait style reflects the dynamic spirit of game day, capturing the essence of weekends well-spent with those you love most.

TL;DR: A custom canvas capturing the energy of family game days, perfect for sports-loving families celebrating shared Saturdays.

Is this the perfect family keepsake for game day fans?

This portrait is perfect for families who find joy in weekend sports gatherings, turning temporary game day fun into permanent memories. Enthusiastic sports fans and families with tailgate traditions will adore this personalized touch. However, if you're not one for sporting events, this theme may not resonate with you.

How do we transform your tailgate photo into art?

Start by uploading your favorite family tailgate photo. You'll get a free preview to ensure everything looks perfect before you commit to purchasing. We handle printing and quality checks, ensuring that what arrives is a true reflection of your special moments.

Why choose our tailgate portraits over others?

Our game day portraits are distinct for their ability to capture not just a moment, but the buzz and cheer that comes with sports season gatherings. Unlike generic family photos, these portraits embody a scene filled with energy and togetherness that resonates with fans.
