I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

March through Time with a Dino Parade

Step into a prehistoric wonderland where you're not just part of the scenery, but leading the most extraordinary parade of dinosaurs ever imagined. The Dino Parade custom portrait is a vibrant journey back in time, splashing color and imagination onto a high-quality canvas that tells a story at every glance.

Whether Triceratops is your sidekick or the T-Rex struts behind you, this piece captures a vivid scene that appeals to any dinosaur enthusiast. The lush greens and earthy tones enrich your space, and let's be honest—it's an absolute hit with the kids.

TL;DR: Turn a favorite photo into a Dino Parade Portrait. Ideal for dino-loving kids or any occasion that calls for a splash of prehistoric magic.

Is the Dino Parade Portrait Right for Your Child?

Perfect for the young paleontologist in your family or anyone who adores dinosaurs bursting with color and life. Our Dino Parade Portrait is especially popular as a birthday gift for kids aged 4 to 12. Not quite the right fit if your recipient prefers modern minimalist styles over playful prehistoric designs.

How Do We Create Your Dino Parade Masterpiece?

Upload a favorite photo and watch it transform through our seamless AI process into a delightful parade leader—head of production Maya Chen believes we discard 1 in 12 generated portraits, ensuring that only the best quality reaches you. Once your portrait is perfected, it's hand-finished on museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose Our Dino Adventure?

Unlike generic dinosaur prints, each Dino Parade Portrait offers a personalized experience. The unique design ensures your loved one is the star of a brilliant cavalcade of vibrant dinosaurs, crafted exclusively and unavailable in mass-market stores.

よくある質問

What if the photo quality is low?Our team will contact you for alternative photos if the initial upload doesn't meet the quality standards. High-resolution images ensure the best result.
Can I change faces after submission?Unfortunately, once a design is approved and goes to production, changes are not possible. Double-check before confirming.
Is it suitable for adults? While designed with kids in mind, adults with a love for dinosaurs and whimsy might enjoy it too, though we don't recommend it for those preferring refined themes.
What materials are used?We print on museum-grade canvas to ensure long-lasting, vivid artwork that stands the test of time and is safe for children's rooms.
Is this a one-of-one piece?Absolutely! Each portrait is individually crafted to feature the recipient as part of the unique dino parade, unlike mass-produced alternatives.
