It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting Your Victorian Portrait

Your journey begins with uploading a cherished photo, which our AI lovingly transforms into a Victorian masterpiece. Each draft goes through both technology and human touch — our artists meticulously fine-tune every detail. Fun fact: we discard about 1 in 12 portraits, ensuring only the best quality makes it to your canvas.

What Sets This Victorian Art Apart?

Unlike generic prints, our Victorian portraits are one-of-one creations — designed to mirror your visage uniquely within its historical context. The theme retires after six months, safeguarding its uniqueness just for you. Indulge in an artwork that echoes the heart of an era, unlike anything mass-produced.
