How it's made

You upload your two cat photos through the product page — one photo per cat works fine, and you can submit them together in one upload. Our system runs an AI face-composite pass that maps each cat's actual facial structure, coloring, and markings onto the royal portrait template. From there, a human artist reviews the composite, adjusts color matching, fixes any distortion in the ear set or whisker lines, and integrates the whole thing into the painted royal background. We discard about 1 in 12 generated compositions at the AI stage because the face lock just isn't clean enough — better to restart than to send something to an artist that already has problems baked in. Total production time before your preview is ready is typically 1–3 business days. You approve the digital version before we ever touch a canvas.

US orders ship in 5–7 business days from the day you approve your preview; EU orders run 7–14 days, and customs can occasionally add a couple of days on top of that — we can't control that part, but we do use tracked shipping on every order so you're never guessing. The canvas itself is UV-resistant and doesn't need glass, but keep it out of direct afternoon sunlight if you can — over several years, any canvas will shift without it.
