I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Flaunt the Brotherhood in Blue with Custom Portraits

Our custom police officer portrait captures the essence of duty and honor. Set against a dynamic cityscape backdrop, this canvas depicts the heroic nature of law enforcement. The elements—the polished badge, sleek smartphone, and professional suit—imbue each portrait with authenticity that only a true officer would appreciate.

Whether it's for a birthday, retirement, or to celebrate a career milestone, this piece of art is a testament to unwavering commitment. Perfect as a prideful addition to any office or home, it serves as a constant reminder of service.

TL;DR: Transform a favorite photo into a personalized police officer portrait on canvas, ideal for honoring the service of law enforcement professionals. Perfect as a gift or keepsake for birthdays, retirements, or milestone celebrations.

Who are the true unsung heroes these portraits suit?

Ideal for police officers who dedicate their lives to protecting others, this portrait makes a memorable birthday or retirement gift. Detectives and other law enforcement professionals will appreciate the authenticity and respect it represents. Honestly, if your recipient isn’t connected to law enforcement, this might not be their vibe—not everyone resonates with the uniform and badge.

The journey from a simple photo to a masterpiece.

Your photo is the starting point. We use AI to create a digital likeness with the perfect police-themed swap, refined by our expert artists for detail. On occasion, about 1 in 12 images doesn’t quite hit the mark, and we rework it to perfection. Finally, it’s printed on a museum-quality canvas, ready to display.

Why opt for our police portraits over any standard print?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this is a truly bespoke piece of art. The face is uniquely yours, infused with elements emblematic of modern police heroes. Our themes retire after just six months, ensuring your piece remains exclusive and special, unlike mass-produced alternatives.
