You upload a clear photo — one that shows both faces without heavy shadows or sunglasses — and our system generates an illustrated rendering that maps the facial features, skin tone, and hairstyle from your photo onto the cartoon template. From there, a human artist reviews the output. Honestly, we reject about 1 in 12 generations at this stage: if the face proportions drift, if the likeness is soft around the eyes, or if the skin tone reads wrong, it goes back into the queue. The artist does a refinement pass on approved renders — adjusting clothing details to reflect what's in your photo when possible, correcting any artifacts, and checking that the background colors complement the subjects' complexions.
