How it's made

You upload a clear front-facing photo (more on photo quality in the FAQs), and our system uses AI-assisted face transfer to map your person's likeness onto the jungle character — placing her features, skin tone, and general proportions into the composition. That's the starting point, not the final product. After generation, a human artist reviews the output for facial accuracy, color coherence, and what we internally call 'likeness lock' — the point where the portrait unmistakably looks like the specific person, not just a woman in forest armor. We discard about 1 in 12 generations at this stage because the face drifts or the expression goes flat. The approved version goes through a final refinement pass before being printed on 300GSM museum-grade canvas with UV-resistant inks. We adjusted the generation parameters in Q2 and that rate dropped, but it's still higher than simpler single-subject themes. US orders ship in 5–7 business days; UK and EU typically land in 7–14 days depending on customs. Australia usually falls in the 10–14 day window — we've had a handful of delays around the December holiday period, so if you're ordering for Christmas, earlier is genuinely better. The canvas is UV-resistant and doesn't need glass, but keep it out of direct sustained sunlight — any canvas degrades over years of direct UV exposure regardless of coating. Wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth; no cleaning sprays. If you're not happy with the final portrait for any reason within 60 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right — revision, reprint, or refund. That policy is real and we use it; roughly 3% of orders come back for a revision, and almost all of those get resolved on the first redo.
