I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Imagination Into A Pterodactyl Adventure

Welcome to a world where childhood dreams soar high. Picture your child soaring through clouds, riding a majestic pterodactyl with the wind in their hair and adventure in their eyes. Our custom fantasy canvas turns this magical moment into a lasting piece of art.

Crafted with creativity, this portrait creates a vibrant scene that captures their imagination. It's a perfect gift for budding explorers and dinosaur enthusiasts, full of the wonder and magic only childhood can hold.

TL;DR: This custom portrait places your child in a whimsical fantasy world, riding a pterodactyl. Ideal for kids who love dinosaurs and dream of magical adventures.

Is My Child the Right Fit for a Pterodactyl Adventure?

This playful portrait is perfect for children who adore dinosaurs and dream of fairy tales. It's especially suited for those with vivid imaginations and a love for fantastical stories. If your child prefers modern settings or technology-themed gifts, this might not be their top pick.

How Do We Craft a Personalized Fantasy Adventure?

We start with your child's photo, using an advanced AI process to integrate it seamlessly with our fantasy theme. Our artists personally refine each portrait, ensuring character and charm, while discarding about 1 in 12 designs if it doesn't meet our quality standards. The final touch is a museum-quality canvas print.

How Is This Portrait Different from a Standard Child's Canvas?

Unlike generic children's prints, this portrait is truly one-of-a-kind. We retire the theme after six months to maintain its exclusivity, ensuring that your child's adventure remains unique in their world.
