I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immerse in Lunar New Year Charm with Our Family Portrait

Step into the vibrant world of Lunar New Year with our Cultural Family Portrait. Imagine your loved ones adorned in traditional attire set against a backdrop of lush red lanterns and exquisite calligraphy. A truly immersive celebration of cultural heritage that captures the warmth of the season.

This isn't just any portrait; it's a cherished keepsake to commemorate family bonds during Lunar New Year. Elevate your holiday decor with a museum-quality canvas that brings your family's legacy to life, one festive detail at a time.

TL;DR: Transform family photos into a vibrant Lunar New Year portrait showcasing cultural heritage and festive joy. Ideal for families valuing tradition.

Who truly embraces the Lunar New Year look?

This portrait shines for multicultural families, especially those embracing Eastern traditions during the Lunar New Year. If your annual decor involves red lanterns and intricate calligraphy, this is your keepsake. But, if you're seeking something beyond cultural themes, explore our Festive Champagne Canvas.

How do we craft the Lunar New Year portrait?

We begin by digitally mapping your family photo with precision, creating a cultural tableau that feels authentic. Our AI technology skillfully integrates faces into traditional attire, followed by an artist's touch for refinement. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures quality, discarding about 1 in 12 drafts that don't meet our standards. The final masterpiece is printed on premium canvas.

What sets our Lunar New Year portrait apart?

Unlike mass-produced prints, each Lunar New Year portrait is customized for your family, ensuring a one-of-a-kind piece. Our themes rotate every six months, adding an element of exclusivity to your celebrations.
