I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Festive Family Joy in Canvas Art

Christmas is that magical time of year when the house smells of pine and cinnamon, and laughter echoes around the adorned tree. Imagine capturing those heartwarming moments in a single piece of art. Our Custom Christmas Family Portrait does just that, infusing your family photo with festive charm — think cozy fireplaces, twinkling lights, and all the warmth this season brings.

Your family becomes the heart of a wintery scene straight out of a Christmas card, complete with Santa hats and stockings hung with care. It's more than just a canvas; it's a keepsake that breathes life into holiday memories, ready to be cherished year after year.

TL;DR: This family portrait turns your treasured holiday photo into a festive masterpiece, ideal for Christmas-loving families who adore unique decorations.

Is a Joyous Christmas Portrait Right for Your Family?

If you're a family that delights in the season's festive spirit, this portrait is tailor-made for you. It's especially resonant for those who celebrate family traditions and wish to immortalize such moments uniquely. That said, it might not be the best fit for those who aren't big on seasonal decor or prefer understated home embellishments.

How Do We Turn Photos into Festive Keepsakes?

We begin with your uploaded photo, running it through our AI for initial adjustments. Our artists then work their magic, enhancing festive details like Santa hats or twinkling lights. About 1 in 12 images require reworking, ensuring the final piece meets our high standards. Each portrait is printed on premium museum canvas, capturing the spirit of the holidays perfectly.

Why Choose Our Holiday Portrait over a Standard Canvas?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this isn't an off-the-shelf design. Our Christmas Family Portrait stands out as a heartfelt, personalized keepsake, crafted with intricate seasonal elements. We retire themes every few months to ensure your family portrait remains unique and cherished.
