I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into Your Penguin Zoo Adventure

Picture this: you and your partner in vibrant zoo uniforms, surrounded by cuddly penguins with a serene waterfall murmuring in the background. This isn't just a portrait; it's an adventure captured on canvas. Our whimsical Penguin Zoo theme is all about letting your silly side shine.

Perfect for couples who giggle at penguin documentaries and those who love a splash of fun in their home decor. With lively colors and endearing illustrations, this portrait will brighten any room.

TL;DR: Turn your photo into a whimsical penguin-themed cartoon canvas, ideal for playful couples celebrating anniversaries or just because. Perfect for the fun-loving duo.

Which couples adore our Penguin-themed canvas?

This portrait suits couples who adore penguins or can't resist a good zoo trip. If your partner finds joy in animal-themed documentaries or whimsical art decor, this is the gift. Not ideal for those seeking serious or traditional themes—this canvas is all about fun!

What goes into crafting this playful masterpiece?

We start by transforming your uploaded photo using advanced AI to craft a whimsical cartoon version. An artist refines the image to ensure every detail captures your relationship's essence. One in 12 generations don't quite capture the charm and are discarded, guaranteeing top-tier quality. Printed on a museum-grade canvas, each piece is a work of art.

Why choose our Penguin Zoo portrait over standard prints?

Unlike generic cartoon prints, this custom Penguin Zoo canvas is singular, ensuring your faces and moments stand out uniquely. We retire each theme after six months, adding an exclusive touch to your personal artwork.
