I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Imagine the crunch of leaves underfoot, the earthy tones of nature, and you, wrapped in cozy layers, enveloped by a serene forest. This is more than art; it's a tribute to seasonally inspired adventures.

As leaves cascade like literal autumn strokes, our Mushroom Foraging theme blends your image seamlessly with the tranquil vibe of the forest. The warm palette brings your memories to life, adding rustic beauty to your wall. Perfect for those who revel in nature's embrace.

Is a Mushroom Foraging Portrait Right for You?

This is for couples who count forest trails and crisp fall air as their perfect date setting. Nature lovers who dream of mushroom foraging will find it delightful, as will those looking to gift something more personal and timeless than a bouquet. However, if you're seeking something lavish and regal, this might not hit the mark.

Crafting Your Autumn Story on Canvas
