I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who really wants to step into the smoky 1920s?

This portrait is perfect for anyone enchanted by the allure of the 1920s. It’s especially popular among those who love classic gangster films, or are history buffs with a flair for drama. Conversely, if sleek, modern aesthetics are more your style, this may not be the piece for your taste.

Crafting your 1920s gangster persona

Start with a cherished photo, which undergoes an AI-powered face swap, enveloping it in the smoky allure of the 1920s. Each image faces rigorous scrutiny; about 1 in 12 artworks don't make the cut initially, ensuring only the most flawless generation reaches our artists. Our team adds the final touches, perfecting every detail before printing on premium museum canvas.

What sets this gangster portrait apart?

Unlike generic photo canvases, this portrait transports you back to an era where danger met style. We retire themes after six months, so each piece feels as rare as a vintage find.
