I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Perfect for birthdays or Father’s Day, this piece taps into the nostalgia of film cameras, capturing the essence of a time when photography was as much an art as the subjects it preserved.

Is this the right portrait for your favorite shutterbug?

Ideal for dads 45+ who reminisce about the days of classic film photography, or anyone who appreciates the art of capturing moments the old-fashioned way. It's not for the digital die-hards or those primarily into digital selfies. This is for the purists.

Turning a snapshot into a Film Camera masterpiece — here’s how

Upload a cherished photo, generate a free instant preview with no strings attached, then review it. If it feels right, choose your preferred format and transform your snapshot into an artwork that echoes the golden era of film photography.

What sets our Film Camera portrait apart?

This Film Camera portrait doesn't just replicate your image. It captures the soul of analog photography with fine art detail, invoking the textures of real film grain that a generic digital portrait simply can’t match.
