I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is This Portrait Right for My Beloved Rescue Dog?

Perfect for people who've recently adopted a rescue dog and wish to celebrate their new furry family member. It's also an amazing gift for dog lovers who support pet adoption. However, it might not fit those looking for generic pet portraits or who haven't experienced the adoption journey.

How Do We Bring Your Dog's Adoption Story to Life?

Your photo transforms into an art piece through AI face-swapping, followed by meticulous refinement by our artists. We make each portrait fresh per order, but about 1 in 10 images require an expert tweak — ensuring the highest quality. Finally, we print on premium museum canvas, ready to display.

What Sets This Rescue Dog Portrait Apart?

Unlike typical dog portraits, our approach immortalizes your pet's rescue journey with AI customization that's exclusive to each order. Once a theme is retired, no other portrait will capture the same moment uniquely tailored to your pet.
