I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Unlike other memorials, our Rainbow Bridge canvas blends a dreamy palette with heartfelt details. It becomes more than just a piece of art; it's a tangible expression of love and remembrance, soothing your heart by immortalizing those precious moments you shared.

TL;DR: This Rainbow Bridge Cat Memorial Portrait is for grieving pet owners looking to honor their beloved feline companions with a comforting keepsake.

Who treasures a Rainbow Bridge cat portrait?

This portrait is perfect for those mourning the loss of their beloved cats, offering solace and a touching tribute. Cat lovers desiring a meaningful way to celebrate past joys will find comfort here. However, if you're seeking something more abstract, this detailed scene may not be your ideal fit.

How do we craft your Rainbow Bridge memory?

Is there a fixed generation time?We don't promise a specific time; your preview will be ready without needing payment details when uploading the photo.
What happens if I'm not satisfied? Our unlimited revisions policy ensures satisfaction before you confirm your final order. However, returns post-purchase are limited due to the personalized nature.
