It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bid adieu in style with a personalized touch — our farewell celebration canvas transforms goodbyes into cherished memories. Whether it's a send-off party for a coworker or a heartfelt retirement tribute, this anniversary-themed portrait adds a special flourish to any departure.

With a palette reminiscent of nostalgic gatherings and a warmth that echoes genuine camaraderie, this custom portrait is designed to celebrate the friendships and contributions made in every workspace. Ideal for those who appreciate a perfect blend of elegance and sentimentality.

TL;DR: Transform coworker farewells into lasting memories with a custom farewell celebration canvas — ideal for celebrating retirements and departures with a personal touch.

Who Thrives with a Farewell Canvas?

This canvas suits coworkers who are about to embark on a new journey or retiring mentors who’ve shared invaluable wisdom. It's perfect for those who appreciate personalized keepsakes over conventional gifts. However, if your coworker wouldn’t enjoy a visual keepsake, maybe consider something more functional.

Crafting the Perfect Portrait Farewell

Your journey begins by uploading a cherished photo, which our AI then transforms into a custom canvas. Artists meticulously refine each piece to perfection. Still, about 1 in 12 initial creations don't make the cut as faces don’t align well, ensuring only top-quality portraits make their way to you.

Why is This Farewell Canvas Unique?

Unlike generic print shops, our farewell canvas isn't just a print — it's a one-of-a-kind art piece rooted in personal emotion. We retire each theme after just six months, keeping your gift as unique as your office memories.
