It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Memories in Premium Canvas Art

In the world of gifting, standing out isn't just about wrapping, but about a tale told on a canvas. Our premium canvas portrait does exactly that—transforming your cherished memories into art.

With museum-quality canvas as its stage, each portrait takes your photo and paints it with the essence that generic gifts miss. It's more than a picture; it's a story waiting to be hung on your wall.

TL;DR: A unique custom portrait for those who value personal, artistic gifts. Perfect for memorable moments like birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.

Who will cherish this personalized portrait?

This portrait is perfect for those who treasure personal mementos—be it nostalgic parents, friends who've moved away, or couples looking to immortalize a moment. If you’re seeking something generic or off-the-shelf, this isn’t your canvas.

How do we craft your memory on canvas?

From your uploaded photo, we initiate a blend of AI face-mapping and skilled artistic refinement—a process perfected by our head of production, Maya. Not every generation makes the cut; in fact, we discard around 1 in 12 to ensure each is perfect before stretching it onto our 300GSM canvas.

Why choose our custom canvas portrait over others?

Unlike typical canvas prints, this isn't a dime-a-dozen piece. We craft one-of-a-kind portraits, giving you a unique gift that remains exclusive. It's not just another photo on a canvas—it’s a milestone captured for eternity.
