It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: The perfect canvas for those who love contemporary style with a personal twist. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones where your loved one deserves something truly unique.

Is This Chic, Custom Canvas For Me?

Ideal for trendsetters and decor enthusiasts who value contemporary art, this portrait is the go-to gift for those tired of standard, uninspired options. However, if someone’s style leans towards the rustic or antique, this might not hit their sweet spot.

How Do We Transform Your Photos Into Art?

We take your favorite snapshot and use AI for seamless blends, followed by an expert artist touch-up for that polished look. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding 1 in 12 pieces that don’t meet her standards, ensuring only the best art reaches you.

Why Choose Our Art Over Generic Canvas Prints?

Unlike generic prints that lose their personal connection, this portrait is crafted uniquely for each order, emphasizing individual style. Our themes retire every six months to maintain exclusivity, guaranteeing your piece remains tailored and rare.
