I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Photos into Timeless Art

Ever felt that a simple photograph couldn't capture the depth of a moment? Our custom photo portrait transforms your favorite image into a sentimental piece of art. Imagine it displayed in your living room — a keepsake that speaks volumes about cherished memories and meaningful occasions.

Whether it's a grandparent's milestone birthday or a couple's golden anniversary, this portrait elevates the ordinary into something extraordinary. It's not just a gift; it's a heartfelt expression of thought and care, designed for those who appreciate the artsy side of life.

TL;DR: Capture treasured memories in style with our custom photo portrait. Perfect for milestone birthdays and anniversaries, this personalized canvas gift turns a favorite photo into a unique art piece.

Who's ready to turn memories into masterpieces?

This portrait is ideal for those who cherish the sentimental value of a photograph, especially parents celebrating anniversaries or grandparents enjoying retirement. It isn't the best choice for someone who prefers digital over tangible gifts — they may not appreciate the canvas appeal as much.

How do we transform your photos into art?

Your journey to personalized art starts by uploading a photo. Our AI software initially aligns the image with the selected style, followed by detailed artist refinement to ensure authenticity. Our head of production, Maya, ensures that each piece is museum-grade, and we discard about 1 in 12 generations to maintain our quality standard.

Why choose our custom photo portrait?

Unlike generic stock prints, each piece we create is one-of-a-kind and personalized with your chosen photo. We limit the availability of each theme for just six months, heightening the exclusivity and personal touch of your canvas art.
