I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Memory in Stunning Detail

Transform your favorite photos into art with our custom portrait canvases. Imagine a sentimental piece that brings personal moments to life, perfect for highlighting the nuances of portraits on a wall.

Crafted for those who appreciate lasting memories, this unique portrait is designed to reflect not just an image, but a story. With each stroke, your cherished photo takes on a timeless quality.

TL;DR: This canvas transforms your favorite photo into a personalized art piece. Ideal for people who treasure memories and seek a unique gift for any occasion, like birthdays or anniversaries.

Who are these custom photo portraits ideal for?

Perfect for moms cherishing family moments and for those celebrating milestone birthdays or anniversaries. Not ideal if you're looking for generic artwork without personal significance.

How do we bring your photo to life on canvas?

We start with your submitted photo, using AI technology for an initial face swap. Our artists then refine every detail by hand to ensure a lifelike finish on museum-quality canvas. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 initial outputs aren't up to our standards, so they're scrapped to ensure each piece meets our high quality.

What sets this photo portrait apart?

Unlike mass-produced prints, each portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation that reflects the people and moments you cherish. We take the extra step of retiring each theme after six months, keeping your art exclusive.
