I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Preserve Your Memories in Custom Art

Transform a favorite photo into a captivating work of art with our Custom Canvas Portrait. Unlike our Cowboy or Royal themes, this piece focuses purely on your personal memories, translating them into a striking, detail-rich canvas.

Perfect for any room, the gallery-like quality speaks volumes about your cherished moments, whether it's the joy in a child's laugh or the grace of a family portrait. If the Viking look feels too niche, this versatile portrait offers a timeless alternative.

TL;DR: Capture your personal memories on a premium custom canvas. Ideal for families, friends, or solo portraits, this timeless keepsake is suitable for any occasion, from anniversaries to birthdays. The simplicity of this theme caters to those seeking elegance without added drama.

Who cherishes personalized photo canvas portraits?

Our Custom Canvas Portrait is ideal for anyone wanting to preserve important moments with elegance. It's a great choice for families celebrating milestones, friends capturing shared experiences, or individuals commemorating personal achievements. If you're after a highly stylized theme like Pirate or Sci-Fi, this may not hit the mark.

How do we craft a photo into art?

Each canvas begins with your chosen photograph, leading to an AI-assisted transformation done with precision. Our skilled artists then refine the details, ensuring every feature is accurate before we print onto premium museum-quality canvas. We reject about 1 in 12 canvases to maintain high standards. Our head of production, Maya, personally oversees this.— a nod to quality.

What's special about this custom photo canvas?

Unlike generic prints, this portrait is a personalized keepsake that captures the essence of your photo in a refined, artistic presentation. With no added theme drama, this portrait is for those who appreciate understated elegance. We also retire each theme after six months, keeping your moment unique.
