It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Dreamy Polaroid Moment

Embrace a touch of whimsy and nostalgia with our Polaroid-inspired portrait. These canvases capture that dreamy 'just snapped' moment, infused with luminous golden hues and soft florals. It's like a sunlit scrapbook, forever preserving a slice of their world.

Perfectly suited to flatter a range of styles, this canvas echoes the tender moments captured with vintage cameras. Its sepia undertones and floral accents make it ideal for thoughtful gifts celebrating anniversaries or simply honoring a beloved partner with a keen eye for classic beauty.

TL;DR: Celebrate your partner with a whimsical Polaroid-inspired canvas, featuring sunlit florals and nostalgic hues. Ideal for anniversaries or adding a touch of vintage charm to any room.

Who gets the most out of a floral Polaroid portrait?

This portrait finds its home with those enamored by vintage aesthetics and an appreciation for the tender vibrance of nature. Perfect for partners who have collected rings or shared wistful Polaroids by the beach. But if your loved one isn't moved by nostalgia or florals, you might find better success with our more modern themes.

What's the magic behind creating a Polaroid canvas?

We start with your chosen photo and apply a Polaroid-inspired transformation using advanced AI that seamlessly blends soft floral elements. Our artists enhance every detail manually, ensuring a lifelike, bespoke canvas. About 1 in 15 creations don't make the cut and are redone to keep our artistry at its peak.

Why is this Polaroid portrait unlike any generic canvas?

This isn't just a regular canvas; it's a one-of-one tribute to your unique moments. We retire the scene after six months to maintain rarity, ensuring that your portrait isn't just another generic print.
