You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is this memorial portrait the right fit for your pet-loving heart?

This portrait is perfect for golden retriever owners who feel a deep connection with their pets, even beyond their passing. It’s an ideal gift for someone grieving the loss of their furry friend, or for anyone who cherishes a reminder of their golden’s gentle spirit. If you’re looking for a generic cat portrait, consider the Whimsical Cat Angel Canvas.

How do we create this heavenly dog memorial canvas?

Once you upload your favorite photo, our AI starts with a face-swap prototype. But we don't stop there — about 1 in 12 initial attempts are adjusted to perfect your pet's essence. Each piece is hand-refined by our skilled artists and printed on museum-grade canvas, ensuring your memorial is crafted with care and precision.

Why choose our Golden Retriever Heaven Gates print over others?

Unlike mass-produced prints, this memorial portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation featuring your pet's unique face amidst heavenly gates. Our golden-themed backdrop is retired every six months to maintain exclusivity and personalization for each customer's experience.
