I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Eternalize Memories Under a Starry Sky

Picture your beloved dog paddling among celestial waters, embraced by ethereal clouds and a starry night. Our custom memorial portraits transport your pet to a stunning sky-scape, preserving their spirit forever.

This portrait isn't just about memory; it's about finding peace and connection in their lasting legacy. Ideal for anyone cherishing those quiet moments under the heavens with a faithful friend.

TL;DR: Celebrate the memory of dogs with a custom starry sky canvas—a serene tribute perfect for those who cherished quiet nights under the stars with their canine companions.

Is This Portrait a Fit for My Dog's Memory?

This starry sky portrait is perfect for pet lovers who've spent countless nights walking under the stars with their furry friends. It's not for those seeking a playful or whimsical memorial theme; the vibe here is one of serenity and remembrance.

How Do We Capture Your Pet's Celestial Portrait?

Your dog's photo undergoes a seamless AI face-swap with a serene starry sky background. Our artists refine each canvas, ensuring emotional realism. Approximately 1 in 12 initial drafts don't make the cut to maintain high quality standards.

Why Choose Starry Sky Over Other Memorials?

This isn't just a generic canvas print with starry backgrounds; each piece is a unique tribute to your dog, merging AI precision with artistic care to bring your memories to life. Themes retire after 6 months to remain exclusive.
