I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace the Magic of a Starry Mother-Child Bond

This portrait captures the intimate connection between mother and child under the enchanting glow of a crescent moon and twinkling stars. The calming blue and silver palette creates a serene atmosphere perfect for any nursery.

Imagine the gentle night light shining down, highlighting this unforgettable moment immortalized on canvas, becoming a cherished heirloom forever.

TL;DR: A heartwarming custom portrait that transforms a mother-child photo into a serene night sky canvas—ideal for new moms or nursery decor.

Which mothers shine in a starry scene?

New mothers who cherish their first magical moments with their child will adore this portrait. It's also a perfect gift for grandparents longing to capture their growing family. However, this might not suit those preferring realistic, non-stylized imagery.

Crafting a one-of-a-kind night sky portrait

Your uploaded photo goes through our AI for a preliminary face-swap before our artists refine the image, ensuring a flawless finish. In the rare cases, like 1 in 12 tries, where the face doesn't align perfectly, we start over. The final masterpiece is printed on a museum-grade canvas.

Why choose this cosmic canvas?

Unlike typical baby portraits, this canvas offers a cosmic twist, elevating everyday moments into starscape wonders. Each is unique; we retire this design within six months to ensure its rarity and exclusivity.
