I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into Your Own Enchanted Cottage Charm

Imagine the soft glow of candlelight glimmering off rustic wooden beams, casting shadows that dance with the flicker of enchantment. This Cozy Witch Cottage portrait invites you into a world where magic and the everyday intermingle. Each piece captures the essence of a snug, spellbound retreat.

This environment is made for those who believe in the power of a twinkle of magic in the mundane. Whether for Halloween or just because, this feels like home for the mystical and whimsical at heart.

TL;DR: Transform a photo into a custom Cozy Witch Cottage portrait on canvas, ideal for anyone with a flair for enchantment—especially suited for magical-minded friends or as a Halloween surprise.

Who are the perfect matches for a Witch Cottage portrait?

This portrait is ideal for anyone who cherishes the magic of storytelling and fantasy. It's a hit with Halloween lovers who want a year-round touch of spooky charm. Perfect for those who let creativity flourish, but perhaps not the right match for minimalists or those searching for a modern aesthetic.

Crafting magic: How is your witch portrait made?

We start with your photo, and our AI face-swap tech sets the stage for a digital spell. Our artists then refine the details, bringing out the mystical light and magical beams. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 drafts are reimagined to ensure every candle casts its perfect glow. Supported by our head of production, Maya, ensuring quality in every charm-filled canvas.

What sets this enchanted portrait apart from the rest?

Unlike generic prints, this Cozy Witch Cottage creation is uniquely yours—the face is your own or someone dear. After six months, themes are retired, so your enchanted portrait remains special. The warm palette and intricate details create a cozy yet mystical atmosphere unlike any standard portrait.
