It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Fairy-tale World with Our Enchanting Canvas

There's a certain magic in seeing your loved one transformed into a Butterfly Fairy, with luminous wings and sparkling eyes. Imagine framed fairy wings gently encasing their smile, set against a dream-like gradient background—it's an enchanting vision that leaps from canvas to create wonder.

Custom-designed for those who thrive in the realm of the whimsical, our Butterfly Fairy portrait captures the ethereal spirit of forest gatherings and bedtime stories come to life. With vibrantly colored butterflies and a touch of fairy dust, this portrait is perfect for the young and the young at heart.

TL;DR: An enchanting Butterfly Fairy portrait transforms any child or whimsical adult into a magical figure. Ideal for birthdays, nursery decor, or whimsical gifts.

Is this Fairy Portrait the Right Fit for Your Loved One?

This whimsical Butterfly Fairy portrait is perfect for children who adore fairy tales and adults who cherish the promise of enchantment. Whether you're decorating a nursery or delighting a fairy-loving friend, this keepsake canvas embodies the charm of childhood wonder. However, if you're seeking something with a grittier edge, such as our Cowboy Wanted Poster, this may not be your pick.

How Do We Create These Magical Portraits?

Each portrait transforms your photo through a meticulous process. We start with uploading your cherished photo, then apply AI to incorporate vibrant butterfly wings and fairy features. After AI processing, our artists refine the details, ensuring a flawless finish. It's worth noting we discard about 1 in 12 images during quality control if the facial alignment isn't perfect.

Why Choose a Butterfly Fairy Over Ordinary Prints?

Unlike generic prints, each Butterfly Fairy Custom Portrait is one-of-one, crafted uniquely from your photo. We retire themes like this after six months to preserve their rarity and specialness, ensuring that your keepsake remains as unique as its recipient.
