I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Birthdays into a Wild West Whirl of Laughter

Picture a party where laughter echoes like saloon doors swinging open. The Birthday Roast Wanted Poster transforms a regular gift into a centerpiece of humor and charm. With your loved one's face adorning a classic 'Wanted' poster, every occasion feels straight from the Old West.

Created with a touch of mischief and an artist's flair, this portrait captures the adventurous spirit of anyone who loves to laugh. It's more than a gift—it's a conversation starter, an art piece, and a bold celebration of their personality.

TL;DR: Perfect for those who love a good roast, this custom 'Wanted Poster' portrait is an ideal birthday gift — turning laughs into lasting memories.

Who Craves a Birthday 'Wanted' Poster Makeover?

This portrait suits anyone with a great sense of humor, especially those who have a penchant for western films or enjoy light-hearted fun. If you're shopping for a colleague who's known for their playful pranks or a family member who loves quirky art, this will hit the mark. Not ideal for someone seeking a serious and traditional gift—humor isn't for everyone!

How Do We Craft Your Personal Wanted Poster?

Your photo is uploaded and transformed using AI to match the 'Wanted' poster aesthetic. Our head of production, Maya, ensures artists add personal touches for authenticity—though we do discard around 1 in 12 generations. From there, it's printed on museum-grade canvas that catches every color and detail.

What Sets This 'Wanted Poster' Portrait Apart?

This is no ordinary poster. Unlike generic canvas prints, our Birthday Roast edition captures your personality with a whimsical twist. We rotate themes every six months, ensuring yours remains as rare and exclusive as a hidden treasure chest in the Wild West.
