It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Gyakori kérdések

What if the photo quality is low?For the best results, we suggest using high-resolution photos taken in good lighting. If the image quality affects the artwork, we’ll contact you during the preview stage.
Can I swap faces later?Once the portrait is finalized and ordered, changes such as swapping faces can't be made. Ensure all previews are perfect before approval.
Are there limits on personalization? While the theme and attire are preset, we can adjust aspects of hair and eye color during the creation process to better match the recipients.
What themes accompany this Gothic canvas? If Vampire Aristocrats aren’t quite right, consider our Whimsical Forest Castle or the Candlelit Gothic Queen for varied gothic ambiances.
Does it come framed?Currently, the portraits are shipped as canvas prints without frames. You can choose frame options in the checkout for a complete look.
