It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting Your Pop Art Portrait Experience

First, upload a cherished couple photo. Our process involves an initial AI-driven face-swap followed by skilled artist refinement. Approximately 1 in 12 initial AI generations doesn't meet our quality standards and gets discarded. The final touch: a museum-grade canvas ensuring every detail pops.

Why Choose This Pop Art Over Generic Prints?

Unlike off-the-shelf prints, each of our pop art canvases retires the theme after six months to preserve exclusivity. Every face is uniquely yours, elevating a mere photo to a statement piece — a bold declaration of individual style and story.
