I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Blend Your Love Story with Gothic Elegance

Imagine capturing your romantic journey in a candlelit scene set in a moonlit graveyard, adorned with dark roses. This isn't just a canvas; it's a venture into a world where gothic aesthetics meet timeless romance.

Your portrait will feature intricate details like dark clothing and atmospheric lighting, creating a unique piece that stands out as a tribute to your love of the extraordinary.

TL;DR: This custom Gothic couple portrait captures your love story in a romantic, candlelit graveyard scene. Crafted for couples who cherish dark aesthetics, it's perfect for anniversaries, gothic weddings, or as a unique romantic gift.

Which couples should choose our Gothic portrait?

Our Gothic Couple Portrait is perfect for those romantic duos who find beauty in the darker side of life. If your evenings are spent basking in moonlight rather than sunlight, and cemeteries hold more allure than parks, this is made for you. Not so fitting for couples who prefer sun-drenched beaches and pastels — the essence here is purely shadowed romance.

Crafting your gothic masterpiece

Your photo is transformed through AI face-swap technology, followed by detailed artist refinement to capture the perfect gothic vibe. While many themes may rush to completion, we take care to discard 1 in 12 creations that don't meet our rigorous standards, ensuring your portrait is nothing less than enchanting.

What sets our gothic portraits apart from others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our Gothic Couple Portraits are one-of-a-kind, embodying your unique love story within a never-before-seen setting. We retire each theme after a short run to maintain its exclusivity, ensuring your piece remains unique and special.
