I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Love in Festive Elegance

Envelop yourselves in the warmth of the season with our Custom Christmas Couple Portrait. Think mistletoe, glowing lights, and the softest red velvet. This canvas transforms an ordinary moment into a cozy holiday treasure, perfect for those snug fireplaces or sprawling over the mantle.

Our portraits are painted with the love and care that reflect the spirit of Christmas, ideal for couples who want to see their romance mirrored amidst shimmering holiday decor. It's the kind of piece that makes your home feel like a Christmas card.

TL;DR: A romantic custom Christmas portrait for couples ready to transform their festive moments into timeless art. Fine red velvets and seasonal joy, perfect for holiday decoration.

Which couples should consider a Christmas portrait?

This portrait is perfect for couples who revel in holiday traditions and want to commemorate their love with more than just a selfie. Think parents celebrating their 25th Christmas together or newlyweds making their first married holiday extra special. If you’re not into using personal photos or shy from festive vibes, this might not resonate as strongly.

How does your festive portrait come to life?

A photo you adore becomes the heart of our process—uploaded to our site, it first undergoes an AI face-swap to capture your likeness. Then, a skilled artist brings it to life by adding those fine festive details like Santa hats and lush velvet. We’re honest here: about 1 in 12 previews don’t pass our own quality checks, ensuring only the best make it to your wall.

Why choose our Christmas canvases?

Unlike generic canvas prints you could pick up anywhere, these aren't mass-produced replicas. Each one features your unique faces—no two are alike. Plus, we refresh our themes every few months to keep your art exclusive and fresher than the first snowfall.
