It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Timeless Heirlooms for Your Little One's Memories

Transport your child into a world of whimsy and gentle nostalgia with our Classic Heirloom Children's Portrait. Think delicate lace, pastel backdrops, and an ambiance that whispers of cherished childhoods captured in time. This isn't just a piece of artwork—it's a portal to innocence.

With its muted tones and vintage flair, the heirloom style flatters young faces by bringing out their natural luminosity. It's perfect for families wanting to treasure their darling's fleeting moments in a timeless fashion. Remember, this isn't for you if you're looking for something ultra-modern or tech-driven.

TL;DR: The Classic Heirloom Children's Portrait captures your child's gentle charm on a museum-quality canvas, ideal for parents and grandparents nostalgic for timeless keepsakes.

Which parents will treasure this heirloom portrait?

This portrait suits parents and grandparents who want to commemorate the sweet innocence of childhood with a touch of nostalgia. It's perfect for those who appreciate vintage aesthetics and wish to create a family treasure. If you're more into vibrant, modern art, this might not be your best match.

How does the heirloom magic happen?

Starting with your child's photo, our team uses AI face-swap technology to merge it seamlessly into a classic heirloom template. Our artists then refine details by hand to ensure each portrait retains its unique charm. A tiny confession: our head of production, Maya, admits we discard about 1 in 12 attempts due to precision demands.

Why choose our heirloom portrait over traditional photos?

Unlike generic children's photos, our portraits are individually crafted with a personal touch, designed to evoke the warmth and simplicity of a bygone era. We retire each template after just six months to ensure your piece remains exclusive.
