I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Photo into a Midnight Fantasy

Envision a world captured between the pages, where magic subtly intertwines with reality under the quiet glow of midnight. This portrait isn't merely an image; it's a ticket to a realm where books whisper their secrets, and wisdom emanates from every corner.

Our 'Keeper of the Midnight Library' theme immerses you in a tranquil yet mystical setting, perfect for those who find solace and adventure nestled within a good book—or for those whose birthdays hide behind whispers of candles and celebration.

TL;DR: Create an enchanting fantasy portrait with the 'Keeper of the Midnight Library' theme, ideal for book lovers or fantasy enthusiasts celebrating milestones.

Dreaming Up Your Own Fantasy? Who Fits This Ethereal Look?

This portrait is a match made in stardust for fantasy lovers who cherish late nights enveloped in books or anyone celebrating a milestone with a taste for the mystical. Not quite for those who prefer modern or minimalist decor, as its richness and details won't match their pared-back palette.

How Does Your Image Become a Midnight Fantasy Keeper?

From photo upload to magic, we undergo a meticulous journey starting with advanced AI face-swap technology to craft the initial likeness. Skilled artists refine this, layering brushes of imagination onto a canvas as unique as each starry night. Our head of production, Maya, reveals that about 10% need re-running—proof of our commitment to perfect art.

How Does This Fantasy Library Portrait Stand Apart?

Unlike other character prints that recycle the same designs, our portraits guarantee a personal touch. As each theme retires after just six months, your 'Keeper of the Midnight Library' remains a coveted piece of magical realism, truly unique and authentically yours.
