It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into The Shadows of a Haunted Mansion

Envelop yourself in the eerie glow of flickering candlelight, where shadows dance across the walls of your very own haunted mansion. Bask in the dark allure of a bygone era, where every creaking floorboard whispers stories of the past. Picture yourself or a loved one transformed, not into just any ghoul, but a character of gothic elegance and haunting beauty.

Rich, deep hues create an atmospheric masterpiece, guaranteed to leave an impression as striking as any spectral figure. Each portrait, steeped in mystery, captures the essence of Halloween or any day that deserves a touch of the macabre. Ideal for those who relish the haunted over the humdrum—and find beauty in the bizarre.

TL;DR: This personalized Haunted Mansion portrait is perfect for gothic enthusiasts and haunted holiday lovers, adding mystery and charm to any occasion.

Who Delights in Gothic Haunts?

If you're gifting a fan of ghost stories or 19th-century gothic novels, this portrait will fit right in. It thrills those who appreciate a darker aesthetic and seek a piece that sparks conversation. Maybe not the best for lovers of bright, modern décor—unless they secretly harbor a shadowy side.

How We Conjure Your Gothic Portrait

Our haunting journey begins with your submitted photo, transmuting it through AI technology for an uncanny likeness within a gothic setting. Each piece undergoes meticulous artist refinement to ensure shadows fall just right and faces echo the character's eerie charm. Our head of production, Maya, oversees this process, culling about 1 in 12 portraits that don't meet her high spectral standards.

What Sets Our Haunted Portraits Apart?

Unlike your run-of-the-mill canvas prints, this haunted portrait is a singular creation. Imagine a centuries-old mansion where no two rooms are alike. Each piece is your eerie alter-ego captured forever. To maintain that air of exclusivity, we retire each theme after just a few months.
