It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Enchanting Canvas: Bring Your Inner Witch to Life

When was the last time a gift left you spellbound? Our Witch & Familiar Custom Portrait conjures that kind of magic by blending a real photo with an ethereal theme straight out of a fantasy novel. Rich hues and intricate details turn your chosen image into a captivating masterpiece.

Perfect for those who love a touch of witchcraft, every portrait captures a sense of mystery and allure. The dramatic setting and your personalized touch make it not just a gift but an experience, creating an atmosphere that's both haunting and beautiful.

TL;DR: Turn any treasured photo into a magical Witch & Familiar Portrait — perfect for fantasy lovers, Halloween enthusiasts, or anyone who enjoys a mystical twist on traditional gifts.

Who Embraces the Witch & Familiar Look?

Witchy vibes resonate with fantasy aficionados, those who relish Halloween's allure, and friends intrigued by mystical themes. This isn’t for minimalists or anyone uninterested in fantasy aesthetics.

Casting the Spell: Our Creation Process

Our team starts by turning your photo into a digital canvas gem through AI face-swap technology. Artists then refine the details, ensuring the witchy theme shines through. We discard about 1 in 12 generated images to maintain top quality.

What Sets Our Witch Portrait Apart?

Unlike basic prints, our Witch & Familiar Portraits are exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces. Each theme retires every six months to keep your portrait special and rare, while competitors might offer more generic and less personalized options.
