I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Mark Your Puppy's New Home in Art

Your new puppy brings endless joy—capture that moment with a personalized homecoming portrait. Tailored specifically for new pet parents, this print is not just a piece of art, but a keepsake of your furry friend's first days with you.

The soft, playful palette and loving detail align with the happiness and affection a puppy brings to a home. Celebrate the addition to your family by showcasing your pup’s name, making it a truly unique statement piece in your space.

TL;DR: This personalized portrait commemorates the day your puppy arrives home, adding a custom touch with their name. Ideal for new pet parents seeking a unique keepsake.

Who's this personalized puppy portrait perfect for?

This portrait is perfect for first-time dog owners who want to celebrate bringing a puppy home. If you're a long-time pet lover looking to commemorate yet another furry addition, this portrait fits perfectly. Not recommended for those who prefer non-customized, off-the-shelf art.

How do we capture your puppy's unique charm?

We begin with a photo you upload, utilizing AI for a seamless face swap. An artist then refines the details to capture your puppy’s unique features. Finally, we print it on a museum-grade canvas. Fun fact: we discard about 1 in 12 AI-generated drafts to ensure quality matches.

Why choose our pet adoption art over standard prints?

Unlike generic prints, each piece is a distinct, personalized work of art featuring your puppy's name. Our designs retire after six months, ensuring your canvas remains a rare piece in pet art.
