I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Kitten's Adoption with Art

Your new kitten's homecoming is a moment worth capturing forever. With the soft pastels and cozy vibes of a PetAdoption theme, this canvas transforms a simple photograph into a heartwarming keepsake. It’s not just about replacing the background; we bring an element of love and warmth to your furry friend's first days with you.

This portrait is especially suited for those who treat pets as family. Whether in the nursery or next to the fireplace, it's a perfect accent piece. Imagine the colors of your new furry pal complementing the hues of our custom backgrounds, designed to make those first memories last.

TL;DR: The perfect gift for welcoming a new kitten — a personalized portrait that turns a photo into a sentimental piece of art for pet-loving homes.

Is This Portrait Right for My Feline Friend?

This portrait is ideal for pet parents celebrating a new kitten's arrival. Perfect for young families cherishing their first pet or seasoned cat lovers adding another member. If you see your pets strictly as animals rather than family, this might not resonate with its sentimental touch.

What Sets Our PetAdoption Portraits Apart?

Every portrait begins with a photo you upload. AI technology regenerates the image, placing your kitten in a heartwarming scene. Our artists then perfect the details to ensure an authentic look, though about 1 in 12 designs are refined due to facial alignment challenges.

Why Choose This Over Stock Pet Portraits?

Unlike mass-produced pet prints, this portrait is a tailored piece of art. The theme is retired after six months, ensuring your portrait remains a rare treasure. Its nostalgic flair isn't something you'll find in common pet frames.
