It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Veterans in a Timeless Scene

There's something undeniably special about a front porch swing — it evokes a sense of peace, nostalgia, and those intimate moments shared with loved ones. This particular portrait theme captures a veteran's serene strength alongside their partner, with a gentle sway and perhaps a flag fluttering nearby—a scene that resonates deeply on Veterans Day.

Through careful artistry, the warmth of the sunset, a soft breeze, and the veteran's poised dignity come alive on the canvas. It's an embodiment of service, dedication, and love, crafted for those who hold these values close to heart.

TL;DR: A custom portrait crafted for veterans, capturing a serene moment on a porch swing with their partner. Perfect for Veterans Day or anniversaries.

Is This Portrait Ideal for Your Loved One?

This portrait is perfect for veterans who enjoy the tranquility of their older years on a porch swing, and for spouses who wish to honor them. It's an excellent fit for couples celebrating a lifetime of togetherness, especially on Veterans Day or anniversaries. However, it might not suit those without a sentimental attachment to such scenes.
