I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Memorialize Your Pet's Gotcha Moment

Capture the essence of that life-changing day with a canvas that tells your pet's adoption story. This portrait echoes the joy and companionship that began the day they became family. It's a tribute to unconditional love, capturing both sentiment and style.

The subtle hues and gentle textures bring to life your furry friend's unique personality, making it a perfect match for any home filled with wagging tails and adoring meows. The Gotcha Day portrait is crafted for those who see their pets as more than just animals but as family members.

TL;DR: This Gotcha Day custom canvas captures your pet's adoption, making it a perfect keepsake for pet lovers celebrating their special furry family member.

Is This Portrait Right for Your Gotcha Day?

Ideal for pet parents celebrating their furry friend's adoption day, this canvas speaks to dog and cat lovers who treat their pets like family. Not recommended for those who prefer digital keepsakes or prefer printed photos without themes.

How Do We Capture Your Gotcha Moment?

Each portrait begins when you upload your cherished pet photo. We use AI to merge this with a custom theme, followed by hand-finishing by our artists to ensure authenticity. Sometimes, about 1 in every 12 pieces is set aside if the face alignment isn't perfect. Our head of production, Maya, believes in quality over speed.

Why Choose This Portrait for Your Pet's Gotcha Day?

This isn't just a mass-produced print. Each Gotcha Day portrait is a unique piece, incorporating your pet's face into a one-of-a-kind theme that retires in six months for exclusivity. It's personal art, not a stock photo.
