It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into a Ghostly Halloween Realm

Imagine her as a fearless ghost hunter, capturing the very essence of Halloween with an eerie edge—misty shadows and ectoplasm hues. This isn't a simple canvas; it's a bold declaration that she embraces the season's mysteries.

Celebrate her daring spirit and give her something she'll cherish—a custom portrait that melds the supernatural with personal touch—fusing the ghostly world with her vivid presence.

TL;DR: Get her face perfectly framed in a Halloween ghost hunter scene. Ideal for women who revel in the spooky, making it a memorable Halloween or birthday present.

Who's the Ghost Hunter Look Ideal For?

This portrait suits women who adore the spooky season, from girlfriends who swear by horror films to moms who loved ghost stories growing up—or sisters who’ve planned Halloween costumes since July. It's not for minimalist decor fans who shy from bold statements.

How Do We Capture the Spirit?

Start by selecting her favorite photo, then our AI begins the transformation, seamlessly blending her features into a ghost hunter scene. Our artists perfect the details, but around 1 in 12 images get retouched for a flawless finish. Each piece ends as a bespoke museum-quality canvas.

Why Is This Halloween Portrait Not Your Average Canvas?

This isn't just another Halloween decoration. Unlike generic prints, each portrait is one-of-a-kind, crafted with her likeness and spookier thrill. Retired after six months, it's as unique as it is personal.
